Camp Location: Chatfield High School

Description of Camp: The speed camp is led by Coach Kris Rosholt who will is our head football coach but has also spent many years coaching speed camps. The Middle and High School Speed Camp works to retrain muscle memory throughout a series of drills and exercises that work all athletic areas including: Speed, Agility, Coordination, Reaction Time and Power. This camp is more intense than the Youth Speed Camp in that the athlete will be challenged significantly more. All athletes will pre and post-test 40-yd Dash, Pro Agility, Standing Long Jump, and 10-yd start. The Charger Elite Speed Camp has been developed to help each athlete maximize his or her athletic potential.
